Shipping Information

Your orders will be processed within 2-4 business days. During times with high order volume, there might be a slight delay in shipments. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. Please keep in mind that shipping times depend on the carrier. Oh, and just a heads up, we can’t ship to P.O. boxes—so make sure to provide us with a physical address.

We are only able to offer shipping to United States customers in any of the 50 states. Customers in Canda looking for products for purchase, please visit your nearest Clam dealer for purchase.

Customer Pick Up

Currently, we offer cutomer pick up for oversized items. Orders can be picked up at our office in Rogers MN at 12135 Brockton Lane N Rogers MN 55369. Orders must be picked up within 5 business days after you are notified that the order is ready for pick up. Our pick up hours are between 8 am and 3:30 pm.

Clam Outdoors is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
